Job Description
Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will work closely with the solutions and sales teams to support the sales cycle and design integrated technical solutions aligned with customer requirements. You will predominately be dealing with SMB customers in a high transaction environment via email and Teams.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Assist in the development of solutions for customers leveraging the Vocus product portfolio
- Lead solution architecture activities and ensure the use of best practices in all customer proposals
- Execute compliance of all solution designs with technical standards and operational requirements, with any custom elements thoroughly documented and approved for implementation
- Assist in the development of new solution collateral with both internal and external stakeholders
