As an Associate, you will be responsible for implementation of customer experience technologies on WU business applications and platforms. It will include activities from planning, designing, developing, deploying and testing customer experience technology tools on WU Websites, Mobile Apps (Hybrid & React Native), WU KIOSKs and Agent devices. Primary tools you’d be managing would be Quantum Metric, MParticle, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch and Amplitude Analytics.
