Job Brief:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience in software testing. The role involves performing manual and basic API testing, identifying issues, and ensuring the overall quality of web or mobile applications. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of QA fundamentals, and basic knowledge of modern testing tools.
Role & Responsibilities
Review project requirements and understand business logic to identify potential gaps.
Design and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional specifications.
Perform functional, regression, UI, and cross-browser testing on web or mobile applications.
Conduct API testing using Postman to verify endpoints, request/response data, and status codes.
Execute basic SQL queries to validate backend data and ensure data accuracy.
