Roles and Responsibilities:
• Through understanding and knowledge of software asset management and its Lifecycle process.
• Good Knowledge and understanding of various Software products and their licensing guidelines. E.g. Adobe , Microsoft , IBM, Sam Pro ,Flexera etc
• Data analysis, particularly working with Microsoft Excel to analyse software data that can be used to drive key business decisions
• Good Communication skills required since will be interacting with people/teams across geographies
• Experience with Asset management tools , like SCCM , JAMF ,SNOW etc.
• Will need to work on Service Desk Requests and in shift timings as per business needs. Working kno...
