Associate / Senior Associate, Merchant Solution

What you’ll be doing: Be an expert in the suite of merchant solutions Shopline offers, and be able to identify which solutions solve the merchant’s needs Build and maintain the local merchant solutions ecosystem in Singapore.

Identify, assess and commercialise new partnership opportunities for growth Maintaining relationships with existing partners to drive solutions revenue targets or set KPIs with our partners.

Monitor the execution of merchant solutions to ensure solution partners are meeting all performance related metrics (e.g.

customer satisfaction, service level, handling time).

Own the overall relationship with an assigned group of merchants which includes ensuring smooth project management and delivery, increasing adoption, pursuing cross & up-sell opportunities, ensuring retention and overall customer satisfaction through managed solutions Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and update multiple merchants’ projects...
