About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Sec Asia Settlements team, supporting settlement processes for equities and bonds across APAC markets, with a primary focus on Australia. This role involves managing trade settlements, investigating breaks and fails, and collaborating with global teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely settlement of trades across APAC markets (primary focus: Australia).
Perform pre-matching, fails investigation, and break clearance.
Process fees and cash payments accurately.
Monitor nostro and depot breaks and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with global teams to resolve issues and escalate client-impacting matters.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field.
