• Role summary: o The Neuberger Berman Salesforce Development team is looking for a hands-on technical Scrum Master/Analyst to support the Salesforce development function across multiple agile teams. This role will partner with business, technology stakeholders and teams to elicit and document requirements, translate them into clear technical deliverables, and drive execution—ensuring commitments are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope, with proactive risk/issue management. Work spans strategic multi-year initiatives, ongoing BAU enhancements, and critical time sensitive production updates.
