Experience - 2+ years of relevant SI experience from IT&T Industry background.
Job responsibilities:
Invoice booking process
Creating orders in SAP for products and services
Need to deal with domestic and International vendors
Good skills of price negotiations with domestic and international vendors
Need to work with vendors for delivery follow up
Deal with Regional team for deliveries and customer escalation
Co-ordination with internal teams for billing/Despatches
Knowledge of warehousing, stores, inventory
Customs clearance
Imports shipments movement
Imports freight forwarders
Handing Local transporters
Good knowledge of processing bills in SAP hana in SD module
Good knowledge of SAP in Materials modules
Creation for DPR in SAP for issuing PDC
Stock Transfer module
Interaction with Regional teams
