Associate Salesforce Engineer

- Resolve ongoing production issues related to Salesforce functionalities including call reports and email integrations - Design and develop new reports and dashboards in Salesforce - Implement technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components - Work on Salesforce customizations and enhancements as per business requirements - Ensure smooth email integration between Salesforce and external systems like Lotus Notes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and requirement gathering - Participate in Salesforce development lifecycle including deployment and maintenance - Ensure quality delivery through debugging and issue resolution in production environments
