Job Description

Associate, Sales Support role is responsible for servicing the inbound que pertaining to SAP store listed products via:
• Incoming Tickets
In addition, the role is responsible for the demonstration of required products to SAP potential customers via conference calls.
Please describe how filling the position is crucial to the business strategy. Expansion due to the forecasting high workload in coming quarter. If we not able to get the candidates to join on time, that will impact our KPI: 24Hrs SLA and CSAT.
  • Escalate clients' requests and complaints to appropriate channels.
  • Update clients about their requests and complaints status accordingly
  • Gather client's feedback, identify problem trends, and report to supervisor for discussion or service enhancement. Resolve and accurately log customer's post-sale requests with the highest level of professionalism.
