Job Description

This Virtual Customer Support Specialist role is responsible for servicing the inbound que pertaining to SAP store listed products via:

  • Live chat
  • Incoming Tickets

In addition, the role is responsible for demonstration of required products to SAP potential customers via conference call.

Responsibility/Activity

  • Escalate clients' requests and complaints to appropriate channels.
  • Update clients about their requests and complaints status accordingly
  • Gather client's feedback, identify problem trend and report to supervisor for discussion or
  • Resolve and accurately log customer's post-sale requests with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Services may include responding to general order status and delivery queries, expediting Escalating issues which are beyond the training level provided.
