Job Requirements Summary
3–5 years working in the IT industry
3–5 years related experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Understanding of infrastructure components: server, network, storage
Basic storage concepts: RAID, High Availability, Storage Protocols
Basic application concepts: Hypervisor, Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Exchange, Database)
Knowledge of document management (advantage)
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to follow standard contact center principles
Creative and logical problem-solving approach
Meticulous in creating deliverables
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in customer-facing roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both local language and English
