The purpose of the Protégé Program is to provide interns the combination of applying theory and practice to real life business projects in addition to development opportunities for personal guidance and career coaching. Interns at SAP are given the opportunity to make an impact in the business world. At the same time, they are gaining new skills, on-the-job experience and the ability collaborate with global colleagues. They are recruited, trained, and developed to become ideally great candidates for Early Talent positions to fulfil immediate, mid- and long-term strategic business objectives.
