Overview


The AssociateSales Director Sales Director is responsible for meeting the budgeted sales and gross margin for his region, leading area sales managers and their team. They are responsible for providing leadership, managerial support, coaching and mentoring, and strategic assistance to the Area Sales Managers in their team. They are also responsible for assisting the Area sales managers with management of sales projects, the allocation of resources and clearing of hurdles that may hinder the effectiveness of the sales managers.

+ Responsible for the strategic planning and forecasting of the region.

+ Communicating with the leadership team on the status of projects, sales, and strategic direction.
