Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse/physiotherapist with an enthusiastic interest in Adult Respiratory Medicine. We are a seven day service consisting of a specialist team of Nurses and Physiotherapists who work primarily to meet the needs of patients with long-term respiratory conditions.
The role will include conducting face to face assessment and reviews of both long-term respiratory conditions and acutely unwell people withintheir own homes, hospital and a clinical environment.
We also provide the home oxygen assessment and review service for all adult patient regardless of diagnosis.
Post registration experience in a relevant field for a minimum of 3 years is required.
