Associate Real‑World Evidence Director

Role overview We are seeking a senior epidemiologist to join Global Medical Affairs (GMA) to drive Real‑World Evidence (RWE) planning and execution. You will provide high‑quality epidemiologic input across integrated evidence planning, study design and operational execution, and drive the identification and translation of key RWE research questions into clear scientific evidence output for internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Provide epidemiologic leadership for selected RWE projects: contribute to study designs, review and/or draft statistical analysis plans, and ensure robust methods and inference. -Drive operational execution: coordinate with cross‑functional partners (Medical Affairs, Data Science, Market Access, R&D, Global Safety) and external partners (CROs, academic collaborators) to deliver on timelines and quality.
