About the Role

Reporting to Assistant Manager or Manager-R2R Fixed Asset & Bank, this position shall be responsible for end to end of Fixed Asset (FA) and GLMS process as well as bank reconciliation process. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and timely resolution of any discrepancies across multiple entities and regions.

Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting

  • Generate fixed asset and AUC transactions including recording and matching in SAP.

  • Generate lease entries from GLMS and prepare journal to upload to SAP

  • Prepare journal on rent adjustment entries.

  • Insert the assets number in ARIBA purchase requisition
