Associate Project Manager (APM)
supports Senior Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. This role involves coordinating schedules, tracking resources, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with internal teams and stakeholders. The APM serves as a key support and learning role, preparing for future senior project management responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Sprint Coordination

Assist in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure the team understands sprint goals, assigned tasks, and identifies blockers promptly.
