Associate PM/BA
Years of Experience: 2 - 4 years
Location: Bengaluru, GS Office ( 5 days onsite )
Domain: Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities (Mandatory)
Key Project Focus: Back-end integration projects, specifically post-execution processes (middleware to settlement) and infrastructure.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Developing Proficiency: Team member demonstrating growing proficiency in PM/BA/PMO skills. Assists in project tracking, risk management, and requirements gathering under guidance.
- Support Functions: Supports the creation of test plans and participates in test execution. Contributes to administrative project and financial planning tasks.
- Stakeholder Support: Assists in stakeholder management and meeting coordination, developing communication skills.
