Associate Program

Summary  The Associate Program is a fast paced, ultra-high intensity program that will take an inexperienced engineer and prepare them for working on AWS projects with the largest, most demanding, customers in the financial services industry.  The program is designed to enable high-potential individuals with hands-on experience to amplify their skills in an inspiring and safe environment.

They will gain exposure to practical tools, strategies, and best practices for becoming a high-performing leader.

Working interactively with other participants and organizations, they will develop key skills in the areas of innovation, communication, and adaptability—some of the most sought-after skills in business today.
