Your Job

To assure the effectiveness and profitability of a cable products life cycle from inception to end‑of‑life, including the initial Quote Phase, NPI activities, flawless production launch, cost reductions, and manufacturing optimization. To actively participate in product development and design, providing support to the NPD teams and manufacturing facility as needed. To assure delivery, cost and performance through planning and developing appropriate prevention and detection controls for new products, product changes, and product transfers supporting plant metrics.

Provide support to BDMs, PDEs, sales representatives and customers regarding any special product requirements from inception until end of life; support the NPD team on new programs that involve Nogales as a manufacturing plant; support and participate in product transfer to Nogales; support and participate in product and process changes.
