About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our FC Core team supporting the team’s efforts to successfully release the annual FC title. The Core team focuses on shared systems, tools, and technical capabilities that support the entire franchise, as well as the submission process and other key release activities.

This role is ideal for a producer who excels at organizing complex work, aligning multiple teams around shared priorities, and solving cross-team problems. You will work closely with engineering and discipline leadership to bring clarity to ambiguous spaces, balance competing demands, and ensure foundational work is delivered reliably and at high quality.
