Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees, including basic salary, variable payments, allowances, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and deductions.Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and employment contracts.Review attendance, leaves, absences, in coordination with the business teams Ensure correct bank details are available for each employee with correct documentsEnsure all inputs to the payroll team are checked before payroll processing Ensure 100% input to output checking before payrollSocial Insurance Compliance
