As an Associate Process Engineer with the Supply Chain team you will help develop, implement, and maintain fair, reasonable, and attainable engineered labor standards across Distribution Center operations. They observe DC workflows to define optimal processes and preferred methods, then document via clear and effective SOPs. Engineers conduct time studies to measure and validate direct labor functions, analyze data, and communicate findings and process recommendations to Operations leadership. In support of incentive and accountability programs, they evaluate labor reporting and employee performance to ensure accurate and consistent standards application.
