What You'll Do Consulting services for the built environment including, but not limited to, specialized building enclsoure and/or structural testing, building enclosure and/or structural consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, and design of repairs to existing structures Leading and coaching junior staff members to develop technical expertise, project management, and client relationship skills Project Management including: Scoping projects Preparing and reviewing proposals Assisting project managers Preparing and reviewing technical reports Preparing and reviewing technical drawings and specifications for construction Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing strong client relationships Participate in local and regional professional and industry organizations.
