Role Overview:

Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions focused on Generative AI, Agentic Systems, and GPU-optimized architectures. Drive innovation across enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end GenAI workflows: data curation, LLM fine-tuning, deployment.
• Build Agentic Systems and implement responsible AI guardrails.
• Optimize GPU memory and parallelism for LLM pipelines.
• Lead fine-tuning strategies (SFT, PEFT, LoRA, RLHF).
• Integrate scalable MLOps frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI architecture with business goals.
• Mentor teams and ensure best practices.
