: This role directly supports the day-to-day portfolio management activities of the Senior Director, Portfolio Management for SLF Canada. The role is an essential resource ensuring Canadian portfolios successfully execute on their established strategies and new initiatives as they arise. The role offers a wide variety of investment challenges and analytical opportunities. The candidate will build an understanding of risk limits, liquidity requirements, portfolio reporting and policies to monitor across asset classes, including public bonds, private placements, commercial mortgages, real estate, private equity, and derivatives.
 WHAT YOU WILL DO: Working closely with Investments, Finance, Operations, and Asset Liability Management teams, this role is responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of tactical and strategic investment decisions for asset portfolios in the Canadian business group.
