Associate-Policy Owner Services (1 year contract)

This role is to process authorized policy servicing related transactions within the required benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process insurance new business, renewals, and change requests from individual or group policy holders as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.
• Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Perform day-to-day transactions and ensure delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on a daily basis.
• Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
