Job Description

The Associate, Payroll is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements. Working closely with other HR Functions and other stakeholders, the incumbent will provide payroll support, resolve employee queries, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

  • Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time, including payroll validation and reconciliation

  • Administer statutory claims, including Childcare Leave, National Service (NS), Government-Paid Maternity Leave (GPML), and other government reimbursement claims

  • Prepare and submit statutory filings, including CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, Auto Inclusion Scheme (AIS), and other tax-related submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements
