Associate Pastor (Discipleship Pastor)  

A part-time position

Position Description: 

The Discipleship Pastor has a passion to see God’s people reach full maturity in Christ (Colossians 1:). He is responsible for equipping God’s people to do His work, that they may fully glorify God in their families, church, and community—in that order. This position is responsible for coordinating the discipleship efforts of the church, helping the different ministries of the church to work together for the goal of individuals being all that they are meant to be in Christ. 

Position Responsibilities and Expectations: 

  • Come alongside members of the body to help them: 1. Discern their God-given gifts. 2. Put them into practice. (Romans :2-8)
