Associate, Order Fulfillment

Summary

The Associate, Order Fulfillment is responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer orders and returns to support sales and the customer experience. The role focuses on picking, packing, shipping, and system updates while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with CTS and online sales procedures. The associate works with cross‑functional teams to meet fill‑rate and order processing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Produce order pick lists multiple times per day and organize picking routes based on volume and priority


• Execute hold orders within 24 hours and input shipping confirmations into systems promptly


• Inspect merchandise for quality, damage, correct labeling, and footwear mismates prior to packing


• Package and prepare orders for shipping and secure/store orders as required
