Job Description
**Preferred Candidate Profile :**
**5+ years of work experience in cash posting (depository reconciliation ,depository renew and denials ) RCM -U.S healthcare**
**2.5 years + as people manager /team handling of ~15-20 members**
**Shift :6PM onwards ( To be open for Flexible Shift )**
**Periodically review teams performance and recommend performance improvement plan wherever required, also suggest and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology and suggesting automation of repetitive processes**
**Hands on in preparing daily, weekly & monthly operational metrics reports from the Practice Management/Billing System and workflow tool using MS-Excel**
**Identify trends and patterns from the generated reports and initiate action plan to resolve the process related issues**
