Associate Operation Technician

As an Associate Operations Technician at Melexis, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and performing adjustments on handlers in line with process specifications and quality requirements to achieve manufacturing objectives.

More precisely, you will

• Investigate equipment issues using structured problem-solving techniques, work instructions (WI), OCAPs, and diagnostic tools.
• Apply corrective actions in accordance with process specifications, quality standards, and KPIs.
• Perform short changeovers within the planned timelines.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned equipment and working knowledge across the production area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, performance, and efficiency.
• Adhere to 5S practices, quality standards, and performance targets.
• Plan and organize daily tasks independently to achieve short-term objectives. <...
