The role supports the origination, structuring, and execution of power purchase agreements across CI GMF’s investment portfolio in Chile, including large‑scale standalone BESS and solar‑BESS hybrid assets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the structuring and negotiation of PPAs and other offtake agreements, including preparation of commercial terms and supporting materials.
• Monitor power market trends, pricing, and regulatory developments to inform commercial strategy and timing of transactions.
• Provide commercial inputs to financial models, investment materials, and project evaluations, supporting financing and internal approvals.
