Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in commercial and civil dispute resolution, with demonstrated expertise in domestic and international arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, debt recovery, shareholder conflicts, and pre-litigation strategic advisory.

The role involves:
• Representing clients in commercial and civil disputes before High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, arbitral tribunals, and other relevant judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Proven, hands-on experience handling matters before NCLT/NCLAT, DRT, and in arbitration proceedings.
• Exposure to cross-border disputes, international arbitration, and pre-dispute risk assessment and advisory.
• Managing and leading proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including corporate insolvency resolution, liquidation, and personal insolvency cases.
