Job Description :

Channel Development •Lead to develop, deploy and track the plan to drive TT channel sales fundamentals including coverage stores, productivity, perfect stores execution. •Collaborate with customer marketing team to develop corporate display program and perfect store standard for TT and MT channel. •Work with TT sales manager to access and improve the effectiveness of route to market model. •Plan and track headcounts of field sales force in MT and TT. •Plan and track the budget for sales force in both MT and TT. Building Sales Capability •Develop standard of training material for TT and MT field sales force, new hire sellers •Develop qualification standard for all sales level •Collaborate with trainers internal/external to lead training / coaching program for sales team. •Lead annual major event for Vietnam sales team including sales convention, fiscal year roadshow •Lead the award and recognition program for sales team. •Monitors Tra...
