Associate Manager, Program Management

Prudential Advisors is seeking a strong and proven individual to manage initiatives involving key relationships as a Program Manager. The successful candidate would possess strong project management and communication skills, an ability to collaborate across vendors, financial advisors and business units to co-create and develop action plans consistent with strategic goals, acute attention to detail and skills in analysis, negotiations, and presenting solutions to senior audiences. The position reports to the Director, Program Management and Advisor Experience.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid, three days a week in Newark, NJ.
