Purpose of the RoleThe Associate Manager, Logistics Process Optimization, Projects supports the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of standardized operational processes. This role will focus on building scalable SOPs, enabling training, and ensuring process consistency, quality, and control across multiple workstreams.Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) using defined frameworks and templates
+ Document end-to-end processes, including system interactions, inputs/outputs, and dependencies
+ Build and maintain an exception catalog and map controls, validations, and escalation paths
+ Create structured training materials aligned to SOPs and core processes
+ Capture process defects and improvement opportunities and update documentation accordingly
+ Support audit readiness and control validation to ensure compliance and documentation quality
