Participate with Placement Leaders to conduct overall the placement strategy for the SME portfolio Should be recognized by others as a technical advisor in their fieldStimulate revenue growth and meet business objectives by placing new business, improving retention rates, increasing commission rates and utilizing Group resourcesMarket new business opportunities and secure coverage according to the local and regional plans and to meet client needsReview renewal business for adequacy of coverage and competitive rates, following the SME guidelinesNegotiate terms for SME accounts and provide expertise for difficult to place business, that falls into the exceptions of the SME structured solutionsSupport nationally based market relationshipsCreate, enhance and maintain effective relationships with carriers, clients, placement team and resolve conflicts as needed
