As an Associate People Shared Service Manager, you’re the person the shared services team comes to when a case gets hard. You handle the most complex multi-country operations as an individual contributor, no direct reports, but real technical authority. You take on loosely defined problems that reach into legal and finance, own the judgment calls inside your area, and persuade partners to your recommended course even when the final decision sits with them.
About The Role
- Lead complex lifecycle and documentation cases restructures, cross-border transfers, sensitive exits: owning the judgment calls
- Be the reference point for statutory, employment law, and compliance questions that cut across all Traveloka markets
