Key Responsibilities

Team Management (25% Focus)

• Directly manage the Network Operations team, including Administrative Associates.
• Support the growth, mentoring, and development of operations team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture within school operations.

Operations & Administration (40% Focus)

• Partner with the School Principal and leadership team to ensure aligned school procedures (attendance, government compliance, entry/exit protocols).
• Design, implement, and monitor SOPs for school setup and operational processes.
• Oversee infrastructure improvement and maintenance plans.
• Systematize procurement and monitor utilization of school and office resources.
