Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. With a focus on efficient operational management, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and informed decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for them to make an informed decision.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial policies and procedures.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting and reporting functions.
Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and assist in various reports & assignments required to management.
Lead in finalization of Controller's letter on monthly business performance, and also help in the cost center and profit center hierarchy with respect to budget and business requireme...
