• Manage day‑to‑day sourcing operations for IT categories, including Software, Hardware, and IT Services.
• Lead sourcing strategy execution aligned with Global Procurement policies and business objectives.
• Develop and implement category strategies to optimize cost, performance, and supplier value.
• Perform spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier evaluation to drive informed sourcing decisions.
