Overview

This role supports the UK Account Sales team by maintaining the trade promotions management system (SAP TPM) with all inputs for planned promotional activities and address the invoices for payment. Generating reports to provide support to account executives and support in forecasting process.


Responsibilities

  • Daily interaction with UK Account Sales team to capture and input all promotional program updates and associated changes into TPM system
  • Ensure all promotion entries and updates fall within required control standards and in line with the weekly Integrated Planning cycle
  • Liase with account management team and work on the actions suggested in the promo program report
  • Monitoring & maintaining RA’s for baseline & volume as well as assortment and promotion status
