Work Flexibility: OnsiteStryker is hiring an Associate Manager, Engineering for a dynamic, onsite people leadership role based in Mahwah, New Jersey.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of mechanical, electrical, software and project engineers on the planning and execution of equipment installation, sustainability, and process improvement projects.

  • Provide strategic direction to an engineering team to meet their daily performance goals & milestones.

  • Lead and drive PMO activities & Project Management practices & standardization in the Stryker Mahwah facility, NJ.

  • Ensure a consistently high level of quality and compliance to applicable regulatory requirements.
