Job Level: Manager Associate Manager, Controllership
Ensure compliance to Organization rules and Policy & US GAAP 606/842
Review customer arrangements for proper revenue recognition in accordance with company policy and revenue recognition accounting standards
Assist in the negotiation of large deals and answering revenue questions
Documenting revenue treatment for large transactions
Working with controllership and auditors on acceptance of the revenue dispositions
Provide revenue recognitions training to all stakeholders
Provide strategic initiatives and other ad hoc projects to the company in the area of revenue assurance
Support existing deals with Revenue Recognition queries
Provide coaching to increase revenue recognition awareness
Review and support updates to existing Services revenue policies and Accounting Manual
Support global compliance control framework
Coach and develop new joiners
