We are looking for a skilled Associate Manager - Compliance to join our dynamic finance team The role involves managing corporate secretarial and compliance activities, including conducting Board & General meetings, regulatory filings with MCA & RBI, and maintaining statutory records under the Companies Act 2013. The candidate will ensure compliance with legal frameworks, assist in RBI compliance for NBFCs, and collaborate with internal teams on compliance matters. The position requires strong communication, drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
