Associate Manager, Ansible Software Engineering

**About the job:**

The Red Hat Ansible team is looking for an Associate Manager, Software Engineering to join us to help grow and guide a team of engineers. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with peers often in multiple geographies to help to create and support Ansible Content for Ansible Automation Platform. The Manager will responsible to lead and drive critical initiative and features for Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. You will be responsible for guiding the team to grow and support business growth. In this role you will work with Product management and execute on the strategy for automation. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team, helping in their career and development and take on active role in performance management.
