About The Role

Associate Manager – Accounts is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role involves preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, handling invoices and vendor payments, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The individual will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day accounting entries in Accounting Software
  • Handle accounts payable, including vendor payments and cross-border payments.
  • Invoicing to customers and Accounts Receivable management. Following up with customers for payment and escalating to management where necessary.
  • Liaison with Banks and handle banking transactions.
