Operating on a General Shift scheme and reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this leadership role is responsible for driving the Maintenance Department's vision, optimizing equipment reliability, and governing utility systems across a complex process manufacturing plant. The position demands a seasoned mechanical engineer who can balance advanced preventive/predictive maintenance planning with strict Process Safety Management (PSM) and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in chemical or process manufacturing plants, bringing strong expertise in SAP PM and continuous improvement methodologies.
